  1. I’ve discovered userbrain.net a few days ago. Very affordable tests (7$ per video) and it keeps you in the loop by sending you a new test every weeks.

  2. Optimal Workshop – easy to use suite of tools, budget-friendly and good results. I’ve used it on many projects over the last 5 years.

  3. I’ve been using user-answers.com for quite a while too. A little bit like FeedbackArmy but with better reporting and comments.

  4. I use a User-Centered Design tool developed by me: UCDmanager ucdmanager.net

UCDmanager is a FREE collaborative web application aimed to manage and document different User-Centered Design and usability techniques, in an integrated manner: user roles, personas, heuristic evaluations, usability user testing, etc.

  5. A cheap tool I found was userbob.com. There is no demographic targeting available, but you can get 60 second videos of users’ first impression of your site for under a buck each.
